Healthy churches do not happen by accident—they are cultivated through intentional leadership, strong biblical foundations, Spirit-empowered ministry, and PRAYER. As a movement, we believe that Healthy Church Ministry through Healthy Church Congregations is central to the mission and future of the Church of God.

Since the launch of the new department following the  79th International General Assembly in 2024, the Ministry of Evangelism has been developing strategic resources, hosting training conferences, and offering leadership consulting to strengthen pastors, and local church congregations across our denomination. These endeavors have happened through creative development, networking and partnerships with Church of God ministries and other entities and organizations as well. A few of these strategic partnerships include The Vital Initiative led by Dr. Michael Nations, Pathway Press led by Dr. David Gosnell, The Next Wave led by Pastor Steve Pike and many others. Now, with the birth of the Healthy Church Network, we are bringing greater and focused effort in creating and communicating a unified platform of training, resourcing, and relational support.
